Two Pretty Girlz. com goal is to ensure satisfaction to our customers for each and every order and we will do everything possible to make it better
Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit ONLY
Our return policy is a 7 days after you received your order. If merchandise is received after the 7 days it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit
Two Pretty Girlz reserves the right to refuse items that has been worn, washed, damaged, and/or tags unattached after shipping. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A Return Confirmation Number is required to return merchandise
Items received without a return confirmation number or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
ALL shipping costs are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days excluding holidays of returned package.
Two Pretty Girlz reserves the right to limit the number of returns per customer.

Two Pretty Girlz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office. Shipping costs are in US currency ONLY. We do not provide currency conversion., your bank will convert at the time of you place your order, depending on the current rate at the time. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please be sure to provide accurate information during checkout as order details such as inaccurate credit card information or an invalid shipping address may delay your order
Depending on where your return item to be shipped ,the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary..
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND DETAILS
For customer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification, therefore there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.
Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, not including holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Two Pretty Girlz shipping center is closed for the observance of major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays and weekends are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders shipped via USPS Priority delivery typically arrive in 2-3 business days for the United States.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided with your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your Spam folder.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item(s) you order may suddenly become out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return policy.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a Tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
